1. Opening Prayer.

2. Reading and confirmation of the notice convening the meeting.

3. Reading and confirmation of the Factory Budget for FY 2026/2027.

4. Reading of Cherry and Mbuni PCR for the 2025/2026 Financial Year.

5. Reading of the Schedule of By-Laws Amendments.

6. Reading of the Society Strategic Plan Objectives.

7. Identification and prioritization of development needs to be funded through Fairtrade (FLO) Premiums.

8. Way Forward.

All members are requested to attend and participate.
