Management & Governance
Farmer-led governance, clear oversight, and accountable service.
Kibirigwi FCS members elect their leadership, the Board of Management provides direction, the Supervisory Committee supports independent oversight, and the management team coordinates daily society and factory operations.
Member ownership
Members are at the centre of the co-operative.
The society exists to serve the shared economic and welfare interests of its farmer members. Governance decisions, oversight, daily management, factory operations, records, services, and communication should all support that purpose.
The structure below is a simplified public guide. Official office holders, detailed job titles, committee mandates, and reporting arrangements should always follow the society's registered by-laws and approved records.
